My name is Marlene Herman. Paul and I are so pleased to meet you! We are a locally owned and operated family business. Over the nearly two decades that we have served the Greater Cleveland Community we have learned many things – most importantly that the Golden Rule is the best way to do business. As a certified female business owner, I am particularly sensitive to the issues that women have had over the years with the integrity in the car repair industry.
