Our First Step We perform a Transcan - This will ensure you receive a proper service recommendation. Nearly 50% of the time when a vehicle comes into our center, it does not need a major transmission repair. It can be fixed with a minor adjustment or electronic repair. This comprehensive Transcan takes about 45-60 minutes. However a shop spending only 5-15 minutes to check your car, could result in your buying a transmission you don't need. Therefore we will perform this service which includes a road test, an under car check and scanner to pull codes (for most makes & models) from your vehicle's computer. This information will be given to you in a written estimate including warranty.  Always ask for a written report showing the results of the tests a company has performed on your vehicle.  Insist on a written quote INCLUDING the warranty.
